Outstanding!そもそも素晴らしいワインを造るコント・ラフォンなので、ムルソー好きなら、一度や、二度は、彼のワインを飲んだことがあると思います。

ですが、彼の10年以上熟成したムルソーを口に出来る人は、いくらワイン好き、ムルソー好きとは言ってもごく稀だと思います。

しかも、彼の看板ワインの1つでもあるグット ドールであれば、なおのこと。

まさに、一期一会とでも言うべき逸品！コレは買っておいた方が良いと思います！！ ■burghound.com 31号より抜粋■ Producer note: Dominique Lafon describes 2006 as a 'technically challenging vintage. We started picking very early for the whites, which is to say on the 15th of September because maturities were skyrocketing and just because the ban de vendange (officially mandated harvest date) had not yet been declared, I saw no reason to delay because of bureaucratic incompetence. We finished harvesting the whites on the 21st but in my view, the pinot still wasn't ripe so we stopped picking for three days and then started on the pinot and the Montrachet on the 25th. Yields were just a bit higher than what we had in 2005 with good sugars. I didn't do much lees stirring but it really depended on how I perceived the development of each wine and thus some got a bit more, others less and some stirring was more for the goal of introducing oxygen to limit reduction than it was to try and fatten the wines. For me, the style of the '06s is much like the '00s but with more mid-palate fat.' As to the Lafon '05s, all of them finished at, or above, the high end of my estimated ranges and they are simply fantastic wines and worth a special search to find. And Lafon himself was much more positive about his '05s than he was at this time last year, noting that he was afraid that they might be too powerful and thus inelegant but while they are indeed big and powerful wines, they do not lack for grace. He went on to say that he was particularly happy with the way the Montrachet turned out as he had picked it very late. Lastly, fans of the domaine will notice the absence of the Desiree as 2005 was the last vintage due to the vines being ripped up and replanted.
